Swimkidz, the forefront baby, toddler and children swimming franchise, has just announced its “Franchisee of the Year” for 2019, at its two day annual conference. The well deserving winner was Katie Martin along with her husband Ollie.

This has helped Katie grow her business by an astonishing 360% over the last two years into a very successful business, now employing a fantastic team of teachers who all have the same passion as Katie thanks to her focus on developing the team”
Katie who runs the Llanelli and West Wales Swimkidz Franchise was overwhelmed at being awarded Franchisee of the year and she said “This was totally unexpected as all the Swimkidz franchisees are fantastic. I would like to thank Ollie and my family for the support they give me, and I would also like to thank Swimkidz for the amazing support they have given me in growing my business. The systems and processes that have been developed have enabled me to spend the time on growing my business rather than being bogged down in administration. I love what I do, and it is fantastic to see the babies, toddlers and children develop their confidence in the water and become water safe”.
When interviewed Katies customers said “it is fantastic to see how much more confident my baby is in the water”, “I think my baby is Katies teachers pet, but Katie gives all the babies the same attention”, “It is great to see Katie recognised for the fantastic work she does with us all”.
