Swimkidz in NW Kent, are excited to be offering our amazing innovative and baby led swimming lessons into the Croydon area from April 2021.
Solutions Health and Fitness centre is centrally located so accessible for all. We are super excited to offer swimming lessons for babies and toddlers on Monday and Friday mornings from April 2021. Saturdays will be available from June. Looking for lessons for older swimmer’s? please do contact us as we will be able to offer these later in June.
Solutions Health and Fitness is a member’s only gym. They provide a friendly, social environment where you can choose from a wide range of group fitness classes. There is a separate female only gym, state of the art cardiovascular equipment, and many more including an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. An amazing fitness centre in the heart of Croydon.
Fun Innovative lessons in Croydon
Swimkidz customers will enjoy sole use of the pool facilities during lessons. This will provide a calm and intimate atmosphere to introduce your little one to the water. Lessons are 30 minutes long teaching you and your little one a wide range of moves and techniques, including valuable life-saving skills.
Babies and toddlers learn through rhythm and movements so we incorporate songs and games into lessons.
Baby swimming offers many benefits. So not only will you be teaching your baby to swim you will be strengthening your little ones vestibular and cardiovascular system. Swimming is an amazing bonding experience for both the parent and child in a calm and peaceful environment. And whilst your moving through the water having fun It is also a great fun work-out for you!
Calm Environment to Learn
The pool is a lovely warm 31 degrees, with great changing facilities and buggy park on site. Babies can start from just 12weeks old or 12lbs up to toddlers aged around 4 years old. Our Spring term begins on 19th April and we are offering a short ‘Introduction to Swimming’ course for 7 weeks. If you book on in March will also receive an additional 10% discount for the term, as well as a Swimkidz goodies!
In partnership with Solutions Health & Fitness, we are also offering a 10% discount to current gym members. Solutions are giving Swimkidz customers a 10% discount on any annual memberships at the gym.
